Photography can be very powerful.
You become more observant and it changes your perception.
The camera lets you live new experiences.
The best part: It connects you to interesting people.

„Regretting time is even more wasted time" says the tattoo on Diana's leg.

Regret is not helping us.
Our life experiences shape us, good and bad.
We learn. And we avoid repeating same bad experiences.

One day I was tortured with regrets about my life.
Then asked myself: "Are you happy with your life and who you are?" – YES!
So, I made the right decisions.

Regretting things, you have NOT DONE is even worse.

So, DO & take ACTION, collect more experiences (good & bad) and take risks, so your future self does not regret anything.

Today I took my morning cold shower, right before sunset. FIRST TIME.

I saw my bathroom in a "different light". FIRST TIME.
So excited, that I run to get my camera & took pictures without having clothes on. FIRST TIME.

BOOM, the dice show: ONE.

Rushing to the computer. What can I write to the photo?

If we leave our routine, we experience things for the FIRST TIME.
The feeling of experiencing something for the FIRST TIME is amazing!

Let's leave our routines and experience things for the FIRST TIME!

In Front of the Camera

That's what I said a few weeks ago to a friend.

We were talking about photography.
She likes to take selfies and is good at it.

I told her that I hate selfies.

She encouraged me to do selfies.
So I accepted the challenge.
I am a photographer after all! And I want to experience every style of photography.
Many selfies! And She always gave me feedback and encouraged me to continue.

It felt very uncomfortable in the beginning. VERY! I almost stopped.
Not anymore.
Now I like it.

Saying sometimes YES to things we say NO, can be rewarding.
Maybe if we say YES, it won't change anything. But maybe it does!

YES YES YES!

Thank you, Montserrat for challenging me.

What is the next challenge?
