Let it all out!
Life is not easy, for non of us.
Even if we can face difficulties with a smile - some negativity comes in our system.
Today I was walking with my dad in nature.
We were talking about one of my projects.
I released all my negative emotions.
It feels great! People usually have problems expressing their anger or happiness.
But you should try it! Not just talking about something.
Really expressing how you feel.
Afterwards, you are fresh and positive again.
And maybe you find solutions for the problems, like I did.
LET IT ALL OUT!
With a friend or even alone in a car (with loud music) or in a forest.
We all have superpowers!
Do you know those moments, where you FEEL that someone is looking at you?
AND
Then you turn and it's true! You see that a person was looking at you intensly.
I saw that woman deep in though writing in her notebook.
She could not see me. The distance was more than 10 meters.
She could not hear me. She was listening to music.
BUT
She looked up and directly in my direction.
I was very focused on her.
She felt it!
It's fascinating. There is so much happening around us.
We have to be open and look for it!
With my camera I am more open to those things.
It's intense when you walk around for hours looking for good photo opportunities.
REALTY IS INTENSE!
Hands are fascinating!
Everything you see (except nature) is made by hands!
You can do good or bad things with your hand.
The decision is made in your brain/mind.
But the hand follows your decision.
It's crazy. All is connected to the hands.
Signing a contract, getting known to someone (shaking hands), writing "I love you".
The hand is the greatest tool!
In the past, now and in the future.
If you are touched by a hand it can feel good.
OR.
It can feel bad, if the owner of the hand has the intention to hurt you.
You can write someone a compliment or put someone down.
It's in your hands.
Manuel and I know each other since about 10 years.
We met through photography.
In his spare time he was distributing flyers in downtown Bern.
I took a picture of him. He is also a photographer.
Since then - always when we met, we had our cameras with us.
Except this time.
But I had my cell phone and when I saw the silhouette, I asked him to jump for the sake of art.
I am so happy about the development of cell phones.
You can take good quality pictures everywhere & anytime!
As much I love being behind the camera, it also brings me joy to be in front of the camera. My life revolves around the camera. Or: the camera revolves around me!
After graduating (studied drama) in Los Angeles, I did not want to wait to have an acting opportunity and started filming my own stuff.
Doing my own scenes, I learned so much about writing, filming, lights, editing and acting. So hungry to know more and be better.
I filmed with professional actors and people without acting experience. Everyone can act with some directions and practice.
It is exciting to see how fast people can improve.
Everyone should try it! Why don't they offer it as a mandatory class in schools? With acting you learn a lot about life and yourself. It frees you!
