What is confidence?

Is it to be always strong from the inside and outside?

NO!

The word "confidence" means "to trust"

To trust in oneself!
To take a step into the unknown. To take a risk.
To trust, no matter what happens, I can handle it.

That is confidence. To trust yourself.

How much do you trust yourself?
